Please note, our V3x is a seriously impressive, high tech piece of kit - but it's also seriously heavy (28kg to be exact)! We recommend these scooters are rented by people with easy access to charging facilities (ideally those living on the ground floor or who can access a lift for taking the scooter up/down levels of a building). Carrying one of the scooters up and down stairs or steps may pose a risk of serious injury or damage.

Please confirm that you accept full responsibility and liability for any injury or damage to yourself or others associated with bringing the scooter in and out of your home or other charging location.

You agree at all times to use the LTR rental services in compliance with any locally applicable laws, regulations and rules. E-scooters are classified as motor vehicles which means the traffic laws, regulations and penalties that apply to cars and motorbikes also apply to e-scooters (including e.g. running red lights, drink driving, dangerous driving etc). If You fail to comply with such laws and regulations You may be liable for fines, have penalty points added to Your Driving Licence or lose Your Driving Licence (amongst other penalties or consequences). You understand that You are solely responsible and liable for any violation of any laws, regulations and rules in relation to Your use of the Services.

All current and prospective customers should review the full terms of service before signing up for a long term rental. To the extent of any inconsistency between the content on this page (or any linked pages, videos or materials) and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail.
